7. I’ve lost my share certificate, how do I get
another one, what should I do?
a. If you lose your share certificate, or it has been stolen, you should inform
SL Registrars immediately. A record of the lost share certificate will be
made to prevent it being used and a letter of indemnity will be sent to you
to sign. This is to protect green chemicals from the possible misuse of your
certificate while it is not in your possession. A replacement share certificate
will then be sent to you.
8. Does green chemicals have a dividend policy
a. The Company is still in the development phase of its growth and until we
achieve commercialisation for our chemicals or a trade sale we are unlikely
to pay a dividend in the medium term.
