green chemicals plc, the developer of Òcleaner, greener and saferÓ chemicals with industrial
applications initially in textiles, the pre-treatment of wool and hair colourants, is pleased to 
announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with Jemella Group, trading as GHD, to
further develop the Company's platform technology for the production of hair products.  
 
The LOI covers the development by green chemicals plc of an exclusive range of user and 
Environment friendly hair lightening and colouring products for GHD. The Company anticipates
that the LOI will lead to a development agreement to enable work to commence with a view 
to deliveries of first products to GHD in early 2009.

 

Commenting, Andrew Bayliff, Chief Executive of green chemicals plc, said, "We are very
