NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
There
follows certain important information derived from a Circular sent this day to
all shareholders of Primavera Capital Plc ("Primavera") in relation to the
matters listed above. Further announcements in relation to the outcome of the
Extraordinary General Meeting convened for 16 January 2007 and the application
for the Admission to PLUS following completion of the transaction of the whole
of the issued share capital as enlarged of Primavera (to be re-named Eco
Chemical Enterprises plc) will be made in due course.
Commenting on the proposed transaction, Primavera Chairman and significant shareholder, Richard Farleigh, commented, "My co-directors and I are delighted that we have been able to agree the acquisition of Perachem.
