Following
the change of name to Eco Chemical Enterprises plc ("Eco Chemical Enterprises")
of Primavera Capital Plc approved by shareholders earlier today dealings on
PLUS in the ordinary share capital
of Eco Chemical Enterprises, as enlarged by the acquisition of Perachem
Limited and by the parallel
private placing, are expected to
commence at 08.00 on 17th January 2007 under the symbol "ECOP".
There
will be 7,961,817 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue on Admission; of
these, the Directors presently hold 3,116,799 shares representing 39.15 per
cent of the issued share capital.
