The Company was yesterday informed that on 24 April Hichens, Harrison & Co. plc sold ordinary shares at prices ranging from 115 pence to 200 pence belonging to Richard Farleigh and Stephen Winston, directors of the Company, in order to provide liquidity to the market. These sales have been conducted by Hichens, Harrison under the terms of Letters of Authority entered into by certain shareholders on 2nd August 2006 and referred to in a PLUS Admission document of even date issued by the Company under its former name, Primavera Capital plc. 7,500 and 3,750 shares respectively were sold at a volume weighted average price of 164.17 pence per share, bringing the number of shares held by Mr. Farleigh to 1,025,000 (representing approximately 12.87% of the Company's total voting rights) and by Mr. Winston to 512,500 shares (approximately 6.44%).
