Following the AGM held on 26 July
2007 and the passing of a resolution to change the name of the Company, a new
certificate of incorporation has now been issued in the name of Green Chemicals
plc.
Accordingly, the change of name will become effective for trading on PLUS Markets on Wednesday 1 August 2007 when the Company will switch to a new trading symbol of "GNCP".
